TIM is the first telecom in Brazil to have 100% of its data in the cloud

The telephony operator TIM announced the migration of 100% of the data that goes through its datacenters in Brazil to a cloud environment. According to the operator, it is the first company in the telecom sector to make this kind of investment. The change is also linked to TIM’s commitment to best ESG practices. The migration to the cloud reduces the emissions directly associated with storing data in physical spaces, an important step towards the operator’s goal of being carbon neutral by 2030.
