Brazilian agribusiness feeds more than 772 million people

Brazilian agribusiness provided food for 772,600 million people in 2020, according to a study by Embrapa’s Secretariat of Intelligence and Strategic Relations (Sire). According to the publication, 212,235 of these people are from Brazil and the other 560,365 million are from other countries. In the last ten years, Brazil’s share in the world food market has jumped from $20.6 bn to $100 bn.
