Petrobras, through its subsidiary Petrobras Biocombustível (Pbio), concluded the sale of its 50% participation in BSBios. Claro will pay $685 mm for its part in Oi’s mobile network
Claro announced it will pay R$ 3.7 billion ($685 mm) for its participation in Oi’s mobile network, as part of a joint negotiation with TIM and Vivo. Altogether, the transaction totals R$ 16.5 billion ($3 bn). Therefore, Claro’s stake corresponds to 22.4% in terms of disbursements.

Largest storage system in the country should begin operating by March
By the end of the first quarter, the installation of the largest battery storage system for electricity in the country should be completed.
