Natura launches reverse logistics program

Natura and The Body Shop have launched a reverse logistic program on their stores. At each five empty brands packaging, the clients receive a new product. The programme is a Natura &CO investment and does not generate revenue for the group. The company states that this reverse logistics process is another way of engaging the consumer in the values (ESG) of the company, without the focus of generating direct revenue.
