Firjan’s projection points to a 6.4% decline of RJ’s GDP in 2020

The Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Firjan) released projections that point to a 6.4% decline in the state’s GDP in 2020. According to Firjan, the reduction in GDP is a reflection of the effects of the pandemic as well as the current economic, political and social scenario. The data were released through the study “Rio de Janeiro: results and perspectives for GDP”.
